We support clients across the maritime, ports, logistics and wider critical infrastructure sectors, and Chris’s expertise will further enhance the value we deliver.
A Proven Leader in Security and Operations
Chris began his career in the British Army before moving into the private security sector. He then spent many years working across the Middle East and East Africa, leading complex operations in demanding environments.
Throughout his career, Chris has held senior positions including Operations Manager, Country Manager, Chief Operating Officer and Lead Consultant. He has led large multicultural teams, delivered operational improvements and supported business growth across several international organisations.
Extensive Experience in ISO Management Systems
Over the past decade, Chris has specialised in business transformation, governance and ISO management systems. He has helped organisations improve the way they operate by introducing practical, effective management systems that deliver measurable results.
Chris has successfully led business improvement programmes, implemented integrated management systems and guided organisations through internationally recognised ISO certification. His experience also covers procurement, supply chain management, quality management and organisational development.
As a qualified Lead Auditor, Chris carries out audits against internationally recognised management system standards. He helps organisations strengthen compliance, improve efficiency and create a culture of continual improvement.
